Actually, receiving a monetary settlement or judgment is a wonderful event. There is no mistake about that. However, there is usually one problem with all settlements and judgments – they usually take a long amount of time.
It is a well-known fact that humans do not like to pay money to other people. It is so against their nature that they will fight any payment, justified or not, by any legal means available, including making payments to their own lawyer who is trying to prolong the time when they will have to make a payment to the person that they injured.
In other words, the injured victim may have to wait years before they see a penny in compensation. In the meantime, the bills do not wait and the injured party becomes a further victim caused by their monetary woes, which were, once again, caused by someone else.
There has to be a way to provide relief to those victims…and fast.
